Australian Bureau of Agricultural & Resource Economics revise Australian wheat crop down to 15.5M tonnes, down from June's estimate of 22.5M tonnes.

BP, ABF and DuPont have announced investment plans into building an Ethanol Plant at Saltend, Hull. The Plant is due to be commissioned at the end of 2009.

This plant alone will have a massive effect on the UK supply and demand figures.
